Choosing the Right Tent

The type of tent to use for special events depends on several factors, nature of the event, location, number of guest and the desired aesthetic.

Frame or Clearspan Tents use a metal frame for support and do not require center poles, leaving an open interior space. These tents are typically set up on concrete or asphalt.

Pole Tents are supported by center poles, side poles and are secured to the ground with straps and stakes. These tents are ideal for soft surfaces like grass.

High Peak Pole tents are a type of tent that feature tall, swooping peaks created by center poles and tensioned fabric. They are designed for elegance and visual appeal, making them a popular choice for formal and festive outdoor events.

Delivery and installation charges for tent rentals cover the costs of transporting, setting up, and securing the tent. Delivery fees depend on distance, load size, and timing, while installation fees vary based on the tent’s size, surface type, and setup complexity. Additional fees may apply for rush service, hard-to-access locations, or special setups.
